The trust maintains an archive of heritage materials relevant to the theatre, and there is a display of selected materials at the Theatre Museum in London's Covent Garden.

A book entitled "The Story of Unity Theatre" written by Colin Chambers was published in October 1989 by St. Martin's Press (hardback ISBN 0312035802) and in December 1989 by Lawrence & Wishart Ltd. (paperback).
